The Mold Department plans to manufacture 90 sets of processing equipment, including 65 sets of precision processing equipment of CNC machining centers, electrical discharge machine, and wire cutting. All are for well-known international and domestic brands, such as FANUC, Mikron, AgieCharmilles, Mori Seiki, Sodick, etc.

The mold department is equipped with  R&D team with the rich technology. The mold department provides one-stop service from product development,  review to mold, and design and manufacturing. And  production capacity of precision mold can reach to more than 60 sets  a monthly with a machining accuracy of 0.01mm.

The existing injection molding machine matching with peripheral equipment realizes automatic production such as automatic implantation of five metals / nuts, automatic cutting/pressing nozzle, automatic shaping, and automatic detection of deformation.

Production capacity planning: tablet type: 2 million set/month, mobile phone type (three major pieces): 3 million sets/month;

The injection workshop is planned according to the centralized processing mode. And the workshop consists of two different areas of equipment and processing, to realize centralized and unified management of personnel in the processing area,  to realize and unmanned high-tech automated production workshops in the equipment zone.

The Assembly Department has a total of 16 assembly lines, 8 dispensing + 8 assembly. The workshop adopts a new U-shaped line and a clean workshop. The daily production capacity of a single line is up to 6,000 finished products, and the monthly comprehensive production capacity reaches1.25 million sets. The second phase plans to add 16 new lines.

The line body enables the dispensing and pressure-holding process of AB glue and hot-melt glue, and the automatic hot-melt nut process; it adopts CCD automatic monitoring technology, and the second phase plans to put the automatic assembly line body into production.

Spraying department has three spraying automatic lines applying for the oil-based paint and water-based paint. It adopts the industry's top natural gas heating method and 10,000-level constant temperature and humidity fresh air for air supply. The exhaust gas is disposed in strict accordance with national environmental protection standards. The spraying department adopts spray + dry filter + zeolite fixation Bed to adsorb de-additional catalytic combustion.

The oxidizing wire body is designed and constructed by adopting the latest national environmental protection standard, which stands up to the requirements of production and environmental protection. And application: physical and chemical + biochemical + membrane discharge

The maximum size of the sprayed parts can be made at 16 inches. And the monthly production capacity of the three lines: 2 million sets of mobile phones + 3 million sets of tablets.

Wide range of oxide parts can  realizes most of the products in the 3C industry. The monthly production capacity of the two lines: 5.2 million pieces of mobile phones + tablets.
